It is my belief that we Christians depend too much on what an individual pastor or an individual prophet or another anointed person thinks that he (or she) is hearing from the Lord, rather than trying to hear for ourselves or listening to many different voices from all over the Body of Christ. Dependence on just an anointed few is a guaranteed recipe for failure.
So, each day, I invite you to write what you believe the Lord is telling you, showing you, or doing for you. Testimonies. Short teachings. Prophetic words. Scriptures. Prayers. Whatever you believe that the Body of Christ needs to know or will be blessed by hearing. Try to keep your words under 250 words. And if you need to, attach a link to your site for longer messages.

HELP, LORD! For principled and godly people are here no more; faithfulness and the faithful vanish from among the sons of men. (Psalm 12:1)
I watched in amazement on TV, the spectacular motorcycle jump by the stuntman, Robbie Maddison, in Las Vegas, NV. He rode his motorcycle up a ramp and then jumped onto a replica of the Arc de Triumph, one hundred feet in the air. Then, to get off, he free-fell fifty feet onto a ramp on the backside of the Arc.
Afterward a reporter asked him, “What are you going to do next? Or is this it?”
“One stunt event leads to another,” Maddison said. “But I know that we are not at the limits of what we can achieve yet, because we did this with out any problems. I will be back.”
His answer saddened me. It was not enough that he risked his life. It was not enough that an audience of 300,000 people gathered to watch him. It was not enough that millions of people watched him on ESPN TV. It was not enough that he has broken most of the bones in his body many times over in his quest for the ultimate thrill.
So, what will finally be enough for Maddison?
It is my deep belief that we live in the time when God is going to raise up heroes. Principled and godly men who will challenge the gods of this age without fear or doubt. They will not be searching for the ultimate thrill, but rather they will be risking their all so that Jesus may be lifted up for all to see.
You see, Maddison is searching for a perishable crown, but these heroes of God will be doing it for an imperishable crown. (1 Corinthians 9:25)
