“What shall I do? What shall I do?”
We have all been in situations where we are overwhelmed by our situations and have no answers and don’t even know how to pray for help. In these moments of crisis, there is one thing believers can all do.
Let us therefore come boldly to the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy and find grace to help in time of need. (Hebrew 4:16)
My prayer today:
Lord, help American believers to understand that we have a High Priest in Jesus Christ who understands every one of our weaknesses and has compassion for us in our times of stress and crisis. Remind us, Lord, that we can always run to Him and He will help us walk through our troubles. (Based on Hebrews 4:15-16)
What do you think and has the Lord spoken to you today?
Join with me on Thursdays to fast and pray for America.
Good prayer, Mr. Larry! Thank you! I need His help everyday. I read a devotion that explained anxiety and stress as seeing ourselves heading into the future ( be it the next few minutes or hours or days and years) without Him. Forgetting He is with us always. It was a lightbulb moment for me and I am slowly trying to think about the future and anything that seems daunting including Jesus with me doing it. :).
Debbie,
I love lightbulb moments. They always bless my socks off when they happen to me. God bless you.
